P/T Retail Supervisor 20 hours– One Beyond

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting, training, and developing retail colleagues
• Completing back-office administration and operational tasks
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and legal requirements, including Health & Safety
• Processing cash handling and banking procedures
• Creating a positive and engaging environment for both customers and colleagues
• Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and stock replenishment
• Supporting loss prevention and stock control initiatives
• Assisting with the day-to-day running of the store and leading by example on the shop floor

The successful candidate will:

• Have supervisory or leadership experience within a value retail environment
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting
• Be passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Have the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Be a strong team player who contributes to a positive working culture
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
• Lead by example with a proactive, hands-on approach to work
