  • Assistant Manager (Full-time 40 hours, 5 days over 7) permanent
  • Sales Professional (Full-time 40 hours & Part-time – various hours) permanent

Chisholm Hunter – Assistant Store Manager – Gyle


Chisholm Hunter Assistant Manager is someone who is at the top of their field with a passion for luxury client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

We want to offer exceptional service to our valued clients and we work hard across all disciplines to achieve this, as outlined below;

  • People Management – holding regular 121s, coaching and developing and creating a winning environment and celebrating success
  • Sales Floor Management – ensuring all basic processes are followed and the client needs are being met
  • Stock Management – reviewing and analysing data to make informed decisions regarding stock and merchandising
  • Building Long Lasting Client Relationships – taking customer care to the next level, going the extra mile

Person Specification

  • Retail management/leadership experience within jewellery (Highly desirable) or luxury goods (desirable)
  • A customer centric and service focused team leader with a target driven and sales-focused mentality
  • A strategic and solutions-focused manager with an excellent understanding of how to successfully achieve retail KPIs
  • Ability to prioritise and work under time pressure displaying pace and energy
  • An inspiring leader, coach and mentor with excellent people development skills

Chisholm Hunter – Sales Professional – Gyle – Full-time (40 hours) & Part-time vacancies available – £10.00 per hour – Permanent
